Intermittent Routing Issues

We had multiple issue that were causing connectivity issues to our web-site for certain customers based on location and internet traffic path.

Outbound traffic was from our cloud to our customers was being prevented in certain locations by an issue with an internet router that is outside of our network. We rerouted outbound traffic away from this provider to fix this issue.

Some inbound traffic was also being prevented in certain situations. There is a bug with the virtual distributed switch in our cloud. Our provider has moved us to a new virtual switch and the problem was corrected. Our provider is also working directly with the vendor to diagnose the bug and ensure it will not be an issue in the future.
